Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the time that you receive your order. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of payment. Please send us the proof of purchase receipt along with the reason that you are returning the product to: theageofhemp@gmail.com   

Once verified, please mail your product to: 11 Irene Crescent, Lively ON P3Y 1M9, Canada.

For returns or exchanges, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
